针灸配合氯波必利治疗功能性消化不良的的疗效观察 　　作者单位：435004 湖北省黄石市下陆区第八医院（刘春华）；成都中医药大学（舒娟） 　　通讯作者：刘春华 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸配合氯波必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 将116例临床诊断的肠易激综合征患者随机分成针灸配合西药治疗组（A组，n40）、针灸组（B组，n38）和氯波必利组（C组，n38），A组给予针刺内关、足三里、天枢穴的同时，配合氯波必利药物口服；B组仅给予针刺内关、足三里、天枢穴治疗；C组仅给予氯波必利药物治疗，三组治疗疗程均为4周。三组分别于治疗前、治疗4周后观察临床症状及不良反应。结果 治疗4周后，A、B、C三组临床总有效率分别为92.5%、71.1%和78.9%，三组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；三组病例治疗前、后安全性指标检测均未见异常。结论 针灸配合氯波必利治疗功能性消化不良比单用针灸或氯波必利具有更好的疗效。 　　【关键词】 针灸； 氯波必利； 功能性消化不良 　　Clinical curative effect observing of acupuncture combined with clebopride on functional dyspepsia LIU Chun-hua1，SHU Juan.1Land Area in Huangshi City, under The Eighth Hospital，Huanggang 435004，China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Acupuncture combined with Clebopride for Functional Dyspepsia.Methods 116 patients with clinically proved the functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into three groups: Acupuncture combined with Clebopride group（group A, n40）, Acupuncture group（group B, n38） and Clebopride group（group C, n38）.Three groups are treated with different therapies: for the group A，acupuncture neiguan,zusanli and tianshu combined with Clebopride; while for the group B monotherapy with acupuncture neiguan,zusanli and tianshu and group C monotherapy with Clebopride. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. To reexamine and clinical symptomy were monitored in all patients after 4 weeks treatment.Results After 4 weeks treatment，the clinic effective rate in group A, B and C were 92.5%, 71.1%and78.9%, The difference of the efficacy between the three groups are significant statistically（P0.05）;The clincial obseravation also showed that the three methods can reduce the symptoms effectively and has no tixic and side effect.Conclusion The efficacy of mutitherapy of Acupuncture combined with Clebopride on Functional Dyspepsia was better than that of monotherapy of Acupuncture or Clebopride. 　　【Key words】 Acupuncture； Clebopride； Functional dyspepsia 　　 　　功能性消化不良是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病，普通人群中有消化不良症状者占19%～41%，此
