Links and Drive :Key Nodes Impel the Evolution of National Innovation Networks

Abstract :One of the effective paths to achieve Chinese innovative country is to build national innovation networks ，in
which key nodes could play important roles. Based on some research about national innovation system and innovation net-
works ，this paper propose a concept named innovative process chains and build a analytical framework for national inno-
vation network which looks like a tridimensional diamond. Then ，it takes Chinese Technology Exchange as a study case to
analysis the important role in the evolution of national innovation network. Chinese Technology Exchange possesses five
kinds of interlinkage and five dynamics to impel structure and efficacy of the national innovation networks．
