PAGE l l 大连理工大学城市学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 学 院： 管理学院 专 业： 物流管理 学 生： 指导教师： 完成日期： 年6月 1日 大连理工大学城市学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 国美的供应链采购与库存外包分析 总计 毕业设计（论文） 27 页 表格 1 个 插图 2 幅 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快及信息技术在物流领域的应用和发展，对一体化多渠道市场需求的增长和物流服务能力的扩充和完善，供应链采购和物流外包将逐步被社会所认识，了解及进一步采用。 采购是把资源从供应商手中转移到企业组织内部的过程，是企业供应链管理的德基本活动之一，占据企业成本的大部分。传统采购的主要缺点比较分散，不能发挥较高的效率。而供应链理论认为，采购在企业及供应链运作中发挥着及时提供物资满足生产需要，降低存货，提高最终产品和服务的质量并提高企业及整个供应链的竞争地位。 针对物流外包决策的复杂性，企业需要一套系统的决策工具来辅助做出物流外包决策，本文就我国现在物流外包发展的现状，寻找使国美物流外包发展受限的原因，摸索促进我国企业物流外包发展的对策。 本文通过对国美供应链管理的分析，阐述传统采购与供应链采购的区别及库存外包决策的成本动因，并促进我国物流企业发展。 关键词：供应链;采购;物流;外包;库存 Abstract With the global development of IT and economy, traditional purchasing focuses on the trading activity of purchase .Suppliers and purchasers often negotiate with each other about inquiry, quotation and abating the price. Therefore the relationship between them is competitive bidding. Outsourcing has become a practical choice to more and more enterprises that are searching new positive management means and tools of outsourcing decision-making. The project aims to solving the problem of outsourcing, analyzes their characteristics. For logistics outsourcing decision of the complexity of the enterprises need a system of decision-making tools to aid to the logistics outsourcing decision, this is our present development of logistics outsourcing for the GOME Electrical Appliances logistics outsourcing development limited, and promote the development of enterprise logistics outsourcing of countermeasures. By the text of the supply chain management and analysis, the traditional purchasing and supply chain procurement and logistics outsourcing decision of the difference between cost and to promote the development of our logistics enterprises.
