中医药治疗性早熟配伍用药规律剖析 　　（1.云南中医学院，云南 昆明 650200；2.云南中医学院第一附属医院，云南 昆明 650021） 　　 　　摘 要：目的：通过文献分析,初步总结中医辨证治疗性早熟的配伍用药规律。方法：检索1979- 2007年中医辨证治疗性早熟相关文献,提取证候类型、辨证用药等信息,建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果：性早熟辨证以阴虚火旺型最多见，治疗以滋阴降火为主,常与温里药、理气药、活血药和养阴药组合配伍；复方的使用以知柏地黄丸为主。结论：辨证治疗性早熟用药有一定的规律可循,多在主方、主药的基础上，综合考虑本证型病机特点，适当配伍其他类药物或使其兼顾病机更加广泛，充分体现了中医治病从整体出发,重视辨证论治的思想。 　　关键词：性早熟；辨证论治；中医药疗法；用药规律 　　中图分类号：R259.85文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717（2011）03-0603-02 　　 　　Chinese Medicine Treatment of Precocious Puberty Compatibility Drug Law 　　 　　YIN Wei-Ping1，XIA Jie2 　　（1.Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Kunming 650200，Yunnan，China; 　　2.
