中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎80例剖析 　　[摘要] 目的：分析研究中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：对临床上均由电子胃镜以及病理活检诊断明确的慢性胃炎患者142例，同时幽门螺杆菌（Hp）试验检查。将患者分为对照组62例，治疗组80例。对照组采用西药治疗；治疗组在采用西医治疗的基础上，根据中医辨证论治，选用对慢性胃炎有特别疗效的中药方剂，观察疗效。结果：经过治疗2个月后，进行治疗效果的比较，对照组治疗有效率为75.81%；治疗组有效率为90.00%，两组有显著性差异，P0.05。结论：中西医结合是治疗胃炎的有效办法，经济实用，副作用少，值得在临床上推广。 　　[关键词] 慢性胃炎；中西医结合治疗；西医治疗；幽门螺杆菌 　　[中图分类号] R573.31 [文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-7211（2009）02（a）-077-02 　　 　　Analysis therapeutic result of 80 cases ofchronic gastritis by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine 　　LIU Hong-cai 　　(Beimu Township Center Hospital of Dongxing District,Neijiang641113,China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: Analysis ofthe therapeuticeffect ofchronic gastritis by combination traditional with Western medicine. Methods: 142 cases of chronic gastritis were dignosedby electronic diagnostic endoscopy and biopsy, and Hp test checks at the same time. Patients were divided into two groups. One was the therapeutic group including 80 cases, the other was the control group including 62 cases. The therapeutic was treated by traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine. The prescriptions were selected by determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs. The control group was treated by Western medicine. Obsreve the effect of the two groups.
