东海县石榴镇居民死亡原因剖析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.109 　　摘 要 目的：对东海县石榴镇居民死因进行分析，根据死因分析的相关数据为政府制订相关干预措施，制订有利数据。方法：对东海县石榴镇居民死亡原因登记卡进行整理和统计，将2011-2013年的居民死亡原因进行对比和分析。结果：2011-2013年东海县石榴镇居民位居前5位主要死亡原因为脑血管疾病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌；还有其他死亡原因：食管癌、恶性肿瘤、车祸、自杀、意外事故、糖尿病、溺水、其他疾病等；3年死亡居民性别数量看男性与女性基本持平，男性略多于女性；死亡例数位居前3位的年龄段：65岁居民、40～64岁居民、20～39岁居民；其中65岁居民死亡人数最多，且明显大于其他年龄段死亡人数。结论：危害东海县石榴镇居民健康的主要死亡因素为慢性非传染性疾病，男性与女性之间，不同年龄段之间的死亡原因均不相同，根据不同性别及年龄人群的特点，相关部门可开展疾病预防及控制健康教育，有利于提高居民健康水平。 　　关键词 城乡居民 死因分析 性别 年龄段 排序 　　Analysis of the death causes of Shiliu Town residents of Donghai County 　　Shang Xiaojiang 　　The Shiliu Health Center of Donghai County，Jiangsu 222314 　　Abstract Objective：To analyze the death causes of Shiliu Town residents of Donghai County，according to the relevant data of death causes analysis，the relevant intervention measures favorable data were formulated for the government.Methods：The record cards of death causes of Shiliu Town residents of Donghai County were arranged and statistics.The death causes of residents were compared and analyzed from 2011 to 2013.Results：The top five leading death causes of Shiliu Town residents of Donghai County from 2011 to 2013 were cerebrovascular diseases，heart disease，respiratory system disease，lung cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer.There were other causes of death such as esophageal carcinoma，malignant tumors，car accident，suicide，accidents，diabetes，drowning，other diseases and so on.The number of gender of three years dead people showed that men and women were little changed，and men were slightly more than women.The top three age groups of death cases were more than 65 years old residents，40 to 64 years old residents，20 to 39 years old residents.The death toll of more than 65 years old residents was the most and significantly higher than the death toll of other age groups.Conclusion：The main death factor of harming residents health of Shiliu Town Donghai County was chronic noncommunicable diseases.The death causes between men and w
