复方丹参滴丸治疗老年性冠心病心绞痛78例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的:观察复方丹参滴丸对老年性冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为两组,均常规服用单硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林肠溶片等,心绞痛发作时可临时含服硝酸甘油;治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸10粒,每日3次,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果:两组在缓解心绞痛症状、心电图改善方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后6个月内临床心脏事件发生率治疗组低于对照组。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗老年性冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可降低心绞痛的发生率和心脏事件的发生率。 　　[关键词] 老年性;冠心病心绞痛;复方丹参滴丸 　　[中图分类号]R541.4 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)03(a)-052-02 　　 　　Clinical analysis of Compound Danshen Drop Pill in the treatment of 78 cases of senile coronary artery disease angina 　　LIN Minling1, WU Junyan2 　　(1.Department of Remedy and Instrument, Shunde Wuzhongpei Hospital, Foshan 528300,China; 2.Pharmaceutical Department, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pill in the treatment of senile coronary artery disease angina. Methods: 78 cases were randomly divided into two groups, both groups regularly took Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets, Aspirin enteric-coated Tablets and so on, the patients with anginal attack could temporarily sublingual Nitroglycerin; the treatment group added Compound Danshen Drop Pill with 10 particles, three times a day, 4 weeks as a course for two groups. Results: The alleviating angina symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement in the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). 6 months after treatment, the incidence of clinical cardiac events in treatment group was lower than the control group.
