精品 PAGE 精品 毕业设计题目：我国中小企业融资困境及其对策 摘 要 本文在阐述我国中小企业融资现状的基础上，从企业本身﹑金融机制和政府三个层面深入分析了当前我国中小企业融资难的原因，并提出了相应的治理对策，如企业要加快发展，切实提高盈利能力，增强自身信用观念，努力拓展融资渠道和方式；金融机构要解放思想积极创新，逐步消除对中小企业的金融抑制，建立多层次的信用担保制度；政府要完善政策法律法规，加大对企业制度支持和金融扶持力度等。 关键词：中小企业 融资困境 解决对策 ABSTRACT This paper describes the status of SME financing, based on the business itself from the government, finance mechanisms and three levels of in-depth analysis of the current financing difficulties of SMEs in China, and suggests the corresponding countermeasures: The first, enterprises need to accelerate their improvement, raise the ability of making profit factually, enhance themselves’ conception on credit, and expand the financing channel and way hardly. The second, the finance organizations need to liberate thought and bring forth new ideas actively, dispel the financial repression to the SMEs gradually, and build several levels of institutions of credit guarantee. The third, the govern-ment needs to improve the laws and regulations, and increase the supports of institutions and finance for the SMEs.
