上海海事大学硕士毕业论文 我国新能源汽车产业发展研究 PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 哥本哈根会议以后，世界越来越多的国家将低碳经济作为未来经济发展的重点。随着中国制造业的发展与中国的和平崛起，我国经济的强劲表现拉动整个世界的发展，同时也拉动了石油和一系列原材料的价格。现在全球油价上升，对我国许多行业的发展形成负面影响。成为我国经济长远发展的一个重要制约因数。对于我国蓬勃发展的汽车行业更是形成制约，国际石油的价格的上升必然导致国内油价的上涨；增加汽车消费者的负担，更何况我国人口众多，一旦随着经济的发展，汽车进入广大老百姓的家庭，我国对于石油的需求数量将难以想象。 同时另外一个不能忽视的问题是内燃机汽车在我国的普及将排放出大量的汽车尾气，将对我国的自然环境造成重大污染。在提倡可持续发展的当今世界，要注重人与自然的和谐。所以现在我国要发展新能源汽车，虽然新能源汽车对许多人来说还是新鲜事物，但其发展前景将是光明的，其对于环境的改善，缓解我国能源的巨大压力都有着重大的意义。 另一方面，我国传统内燃机汽车产业表面貌似繁华，汽车销量与日俱增，然而由于缺乏自主知识产权，研发不足，大量核心技术仍然由外企控制。汽车产业不仅仅对一个国家的经济发展起重要推动作用，而且是关系国家长远发展的重要产业。因此必须寻找新的汽车产业发展途径。 针对能源与环境的双重压力以及我国汽车工业的发展要求。新能源汽车产业的发展为此提供了一条有效解决途径并且有利于我国汽车工业实现赶超。它通过开源节流，对缓解能源供需矛盾，改善环境，促进经济可持续发展有着重要的推动作用。虽然新能源汽车的发展还面临着诸多难题，但无疑，发展新能源汽车必将为汽车产业带来革命性的变化，为能源安全和环境保护带来新出路。 发展新能源汽车对于我国的政治，经济，环境都有着重要意义；而且是我国汽车产业赶超发达国家的捷径。为了促进我国新能源汽车技术和产业化发展，本文旨在通过对新能源汽车产业的研究，分析我国发展新能源汽车产业的社会效益及其竞争力，提出对策建议和政策措施。 关键词：新能源汽车, 社会效益, 正外部性，竞争力 ABSTRACT Copenhagen, more and more countries will be low-carbon economy as the focus of future economic development.
