摘 要 杭钢地处长江中下游，属亚热带湿润季风气候，温暖多雨，海洋性气候比较明显,相 对湿度较高、含湿量大，而鼓风含湿量对高炉冶炼的影响较大，高炉风机增上脱湿鼓风装 置，必将降低焦比、多喷煤、顺行增产、降低鼓风机功耗等方面产生巨大的经济效益。 3 本文主要对杭钢 750m 高炉脱湿鼓风首先对高炉脱湿鼓风系统的重要组成部分，即脱湿 器、冷水机、冷却塔分别进行了设计计算，对各机组性能进行了分析，并选取了优秀厂家 产品，并对其性能做了校核。 其次，文在本章中针对杭钢现有的风机特点及其地理位置，进行了分析，并作了总体 设计，结合生产实际，对施工过程作了简要安排。 关键字 脱湿鼓风 冷冻机 脱湿器 冷却塔 高炉 II ABSTRACT HZ STEEL is located in the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River, belong to a subtropical, moist and monsoon climate, it’s warm and rainy, the oceanic climate is a little bit apparent, and relative humidity is a little bit high, moisture content is big, but the moisture content of blast has a little bit influence to smelting blast furnace, the blast blower increase the dehumidifying and blast device, and it will produce huge economic benefits, such as reducing the coke rate, increasing coal injection, making smooth movement of increase production, and reducing the power dissipation of blower. 3 This paper focuses on the dehumidifying and blast of 750m blast furnace in HZ STEEL. Firstly it carries on the design calculation to the important component of dehumidifying and blast system, such as dehumidifier, cooling-water machine, and cooling tower, each machine of performance is analyzed, the outstanding manufacturer is selected, and check for its performance. Secondly, this paper makes analysis and the overall design according to HZ STEEL existing fan characteristics and geographical location; it also makes a brief arrangement for the construction process combining with the production practice.
