摘 要 2009-2010 年以根茎冰草栽培新品系作为研究对象，通过田间栽培试验，对根 茎冰草新品系株丛形态特征、生长发育特性和生产性能进行了测试，综合各项指标 进行评分结果表明根茎冰草新品系是一个性状优良的栽培材料，具有良好的培育前 景。结果如下： 根茎冰草新品系株高平均在50～80cm 之间，最高可达92.5cm 。叶舌膜质，长 1mm 左右，叶片扁平，长9～13cm，宽4～5mm，小穗颜色呈灰绿色，长 1.0cm， 宽0.5cm，小穗数平均25～33 个，含5～7 个小花，颖背部脊上被长毛，先端具长 约2mm 的芒尖，第一颖长0.3～0.5cm，第二颖长0.3～0.4cm；外稃披针形，内稃与 外稃等长，脊上被毛。草层重量结构的分层主要集中在以0～40cm，生物量达45.95g ， 占总生物量的55.95%，其中茎的比例占40.19% ，叶片的比例为28.16% 。根系主要 分布在0～30cm，其中根茎数量为34 条。营养成分比较结果显示根茎冰草新品系与 其他材料相比，粗蛋白含量最低，仅为 15.3%；达到开花期时，粗蛋白含量有所下 2 降，从抽穗期的15.3%降低到9.3% 。根茎冰草新品系干草产量达8500kg/hm 。在表 2 现种子产量为 1385.6kg/hm 。根茎冰草新品系的结实率较低，仅为20% 。在耐旱性 方面当土壤含水量为 12%时，根茎冰草新品系幼苗生长发育达到最佳状态，自然条 件下根茎冰草新品系叶片含水量最高达75% ，根冠比值为12：1。 关键词：根茎冰草；新品系；生物学性状 Study on the Biological Charactoristics in a New Strain of Agropyron michnoi Roshev.
