南京工程学院 自动化学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目： 试验优化设计在切削力建模及 预报中的应用 专 业： 自动化（数控技术） 班 级： 数控073 学 号： 240075729 学生姓名： 指导教师： 教授 起迄日期： 2011.2.21～2011.6.10 设计地点： 工程实践中心 Graduation Design (Thesis) Test optimization design applicat in Cutting modeling and forecast By TaiWei Supervised by Associate Prof. WangLingqi School of Automation Nanjing Institute of Technology June, 2011 摘 要 试验优化设计用在切削力建模及预报中应用是一种可靠性的方法，与传统经验公式不同，切削力建模更具有优越的性能，该公式确定了切削深度、切削宽度、切削速度、进给速度等切削参数对切削力的影响程度，并为设计刀具和选择切削用量提供了依据。在许多领域得到了广泛应用。比如用于航空航天、汽车制造、模具加工等行业的先进制造技术。 很多场合切削力的测量不仅有利于研究切削机理、计算功率消耗、优化切削用量和刀具几何参数，更重要的是可以通过切削力的变化来监控切削过程，反映刀具磨损或破损、切削用量的合理性、机床故障、颤振等切削状态，以便及时控制切削过程，提高切削效率，降低零件废品率。常用的切削测力仪有电阻应变片式和压电式两种。 关键词：切削力；方差分析；正交表；正交回归设计；VB  ABSTRACT Fractal is an important branch of computer graphics, it is usually realized through the recursion algorithm and the grammar mapping algorithm. This article analyzes the realization of recursion algorithm and grammar composition algorithm, and use each of the two algorithms to achieve different fractals based on the VB language. In the process of algorithm’s research, and fully dig the fractal images which can be controlled by parameters to extend the the algorithm. And during the process of melioration, more perfect and actual fractals is simulated. In VB6.0 platform, design a clear interface to input parameters to achieve the purpose of fractal graphics, and validate input data through DDV technology, and making fractal graphics more accurate, beautiful. Major work includes: (1) design the fractal graph based on recursion algorithm and produce its’ software, (2) design the fractal graph based on grammar mapping algorithm and produce its’ software, (3) study the NC machining method of the fractal graph, (4) finish writing the thesis, Key words: fractal; fractal graphics; recursion algorithm; grammar composition algorithm; VB  目 录 绪论 ?????????????????????????????????
