中国科技论文在线 中国农业科学 2004,37(12):1899-1903 Scientia Agricultura Sinica 三类切花月季品种花器乙烯生成量和ACC含量的时空变化 沈红香，刘晓辉，谭 辉，马 男，蔡 蕾，高俊平 (中国农业大学观赏园艺与园林系，北京100094) 摘要：以切花月季品种‘天使’、‘唐娜小姐’和‘红成功’为试材，测定了花朵开放过程中整朵花以及花瓣、 雄蕊、花柱、花托和子房、花萼5 部分的乙烯生成量和ACC 含量。结果表明，花朵的乙烯生成量变化类型主要取 决于花瓣，品种间乙烯变化类型的区别也取决于花瓣。3 个品种花朵不同部位乙烯生成量的变化趋势相近，都在 花朵开放前期出现明显的峰值。花蕾发育早期，3 个品种花瓣ACC 含量占整朵花ACC 总量的比例远低于乙烯生 成量所占比例，而花器其它部位则相反，尤其是雄蕊的ACC 含量极高而乙烯生成量却相对很低；在花朵开放后期， 3 个品种表现不同。推测，在花朵开放进程中花器其它部位可能向花瓣运输ACC ，不同乙烯变化类型的品种可能 在花器不同部位间ACC 的运输分配上存在差异。 关键词： 切花月季；开花；乙烯；ACC Temporal and Spatial Changes of Ethylene Production and ACC Content of Flower in Three Cultivars of Cut Rose SHEN Hong-xiang, LIU Xiao-hui, TAN Hui, MA Nan, CAI Lei, GAO Jun-ping (Department of Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, China Agricultural University, Beijing 100094) Abstract: Cut rose (Rosa hybrida L.)flowers of three cultivars ‘Angeliqu’, ‘Prima Donna’, and ‘Red Success ’were studied . Ethylene production and ACC content were measured in five different parts of these rose flowers, petals, stamen, styles and stigmas, receptacle and ovary, and calyx. The result indicated that change patterns of ethylene production of intact flowers depended on the change patterns of petals . The difference in change patterns of ethylene production between cultivars also depended on the petals. For the three cultivars, similar patterns of ethylene production were obtained in other parts except petals, and the peak of ethylene production appeared clearly before flower full opening.
