某社区门诊苯二氮砝嘀眠药处方情况及剖析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨上海某社区卫生服务中心门诊2014年苯二氮类助眠药药品使用情况。方法：统计该社区卫生服务中心门诊2014年苯二氮类助眠药药品的使用情况，分别对各种苯二氮类助眠药药品的品种、规格、用量进行比较及分析。结果：该社区卫生服务中心1―12月艾司唑仑片每月用量均高于另外3个品种；女性患者处方中开具苯二氮类助眠药多于男性患者。结论：临床医生对各药物的药理作用掌握不熟练。不合理用药、长期用药、自行用药情况发生较为普遍，应加强安全用药培训，规范苯二氮类药物的使用。 　　关键词 苯二氮（艹卓）类助眠药 睡眠障碍 处方分析 　　中图分类号：R338.63/R971+.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）04-0013-03 　　Analysis of the prescription of the sleeping medicine of benzodiazepine （troponyl） category in the out-patient department of a community 　　PENG Shuying 　　（Xujiahui Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200030， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the utilization of the sleeping medicine of benzodiazepine （troponyl） category in the out-patient department of a community health service center in Shanghai in 2014. Methods： The utilization of benzodiazepine（troponyl） category in this out-patient department of the community health service center in 2014 was counted and the varieties， specifications， and dosages of all kinds of benzodiazepine （troponyl） drugs were compared and analyzed. Results： From Jan to Dec， the usage amount of estazolam tablets in every month was higher than the other 3 varieties in this community health service center. The prescription with benzodiazepines in the female patients was more than that in the male patients. Conclusion： Physicians are not proficient in the pharmacological effects of benzodiazepines （troponyl） drugs. The irrational drug use， longterm treatment and self-medication have occurred more commonly so that the safety medication training should be strengthened to standardize the use of benzodiazepines （troponyl） drugs. 　　KEY WORDS benzodiazepines； sleeping medicine； dyssomnia； prescription analysis 　　睡眠障碍是现代社会亟待解决的难题。随着环境的不断变化，人们的年龄增长，睡眠模式的改变，生活节奏的加快，工作及精神压力的增加，人们越来越多地出现睡眠障碍[1]。研究表明，随着我国人口日趋老龄化，越来越多的人开始关注睡眠障碍对生活质量的影响，睡眠障碍可导致日间功能缺陷，显著降低生活质量，给个人和社会带来严重的负面影响[2-3]。尤其在非药物治疗无效时，睡眠障碍患者需要寻求助眠药物来改善睡眠，提高生活质量。 　　上海市徐汇区徐家汇街道社区卫生服务中心门诊使用的苯二氮类助眠药有艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片、地西泮片、氯硝西
