PAGE 内 容 摘 要 进入21世纪以来，国内经济型酒店行业得到前所未有的发展。在巨大经济效益的吸引下，国内外大型酒店集团都加快经济型酒店的建设。但由于国内经济型酒店发展起步较晚，面对国外酒店品牌的强大竞争力，国内酒店正面临着巨大的挑战。本文深入研究我国经济型酒店现状，从投资、经济、管理等方面规范经济型酒店的运营提出见解，尝试建立更专业化的具有我国特色的经济型酒店模式。并在最后实例分析时，将5S管理应用于酒店管理，以期为我国经济型酒店的发展提供参考。 关键词：经济型酒店、行业现状分析、发展对策、5S管理实施 ABSTRACT Since the beginning of the 21st century, the economical hotel has been developing quickly in China. Attracted by the enormous economic benefits, large-scale domestic and international hotel groups have stepped up the construction of economical hotels. However, due to the late-started development of the domestic economical hotel research, domestic hotels are faced with enormous challenges in the face of strong foreign hotel brand competitiveness. In this paper, the situation of Chinas economical hotel will be studied and some of my personal opinions will be given from the perspective of investment, economy and management of normative standards for hotels, attempting to create a more professional economical hotel mode with the characteristics of our own hotels. And examples in the final analysis will be applied to 5S management hotel management, with a view to provide for a reference for Chinas economic development in hotels.
