摘 要 摘 要 音乐课程标准主要是一个国家对国民在音乐方面所达到的基本素质的要求，音乐 课程标准不仅体现了一个国家基础音乐教育事业的发展水平，同时也是作为一个纲领 性的文件在音乐教育方面的体现。它对于教材的编写、课程的实施、课程的评价等都 起着指导性的作用。它决定了课程教材的内容，课程的教学时间，以及教师资格标准 等一系列有关课程的问题，并且它还规定了每个学生在经过一段时间的学习之后所要 达到的基本标准，所以对中小学音乐课程标准的研究对于我们在以后的音乐教学中具 有重要的指导意义。 本文通过对二十世纪以来我国中小学音乐教育课程标准的发展作为一个切入点， 对一个多世纪的中小学音乐教育课程标准的研究，理出一条我国近代中小学音乐教育 课程标准的发展脉络及特点，通过脉络及特点来了解和分析我国中小学音乐教育课程 标准在制定和发展过程中的一些重要问题。本文主要分为三章来论述：第一章 课程标 准，主要论述了文中应用的一些专有名词的解释；第二章 我国中小学音乐教育课程标 准的发展沿革，主要分三个大的时期来叙述，其中每一个时期下面又包含了两个分的 时期，对各个时期的中小学课程标准进行了详细的分析和比较；第三章 我国中小学音 乐教育课程标准的整体发展特点及展望，主要对第二章的发展沿革进行了总结，同时 也论述了对以后音乐课程标准的展望。希望本文通过系统的对我国中小学音乐教育课 程标准的论述，能为以后更好的制定中小学音乐教育课程标准献出自己的微薄之力。 关键词：音乐课程标准 音乐教育 发展沿革 展望 I Abstract Abstract Provisions of music curriculum standard is the basic quality demand for the state of the national in music ,therefore, it undoubtedly has important guiding significance to the teaching materials, teaching and evaluation,as well as the starting point and destination of teaching materials, teaching and evaluation . Because regardless of the textbooks or teaching, service for the basic quality training of these aspects or fields, so the study of school music curriculum standards has important guiding significance for our music teaching in the future . This paper stands in the background of Chinese whole music education,targeted focus on the development of school music curriculum standards, and through the comparison of various historical periods and foreign music curriculum development, to analyze and research some important problems in the development of music
