《年产23000吨镁质耐火材料厂设计说明书》-毕业论文.doc

摘 要 本文介绍了镁质耐火材料特性及生产工艺特点。根据已知的产品品种、工厂规模、设计参数、和生产工艺，制定了工艺流程，并进行了物料平衡计算，确定原料、结合剂的种类和各个工段的含量。依据已算得的各个工段原料的含量、制品的要求、各生产车间的工艺制度等，对各工段主机设备选型进行了计算，并依靠所得数据选择了主机和辅助生产设备；对原料仓库进行了工艺计算，通过设计各原料料堆堆放方式，确定了仓库总长。根据已选设备，严格依照车间工艺布置的原则，对原料仓库、破粉碎车间、成型车间、干燥车间、烧成车间和成品库进行了工艺布置。 在设计中力求做到方案科学可行，技术经济合理，并不断对方案优化。在以上工作的基础上，绘制了年产23000吨镁质耐火材料厂总平面布置图、车间平面布置图及相应的纵横剖面布置图共计10张。 关键词：镁质耐火材料，耐火材料厂，工艺设计，设备选择 Abstract This paper introduces the refractory characteristics of magnesia and production process characteristics.According to the known varieties of products, factory size, design parameters, and the production process, developed a process, and the material balance calculations to determine raw materials, the combination of various types and the content of Section.
