PAGE 毕业论文（设计）开题报告 毕业论文 题 目 浅析中国的西餐文化 姓 名 学 号 专业年级 旅游英语1班 指导教师 职 称 讲 师 年5月20日 摘 要 世界各国由于所处自然条件、历史传统、社会制度和宗教信仰的不同，经长时期发展，形成了不同的生活特点和风俗习惯，反映在饮食文化上，则造就了风格各异的烹饪技术和菜式。西餐一般指欧洲、北美地区人们的传统饮食，因为自身方便、快捷，营养搭配合理等众多优点，正被越来越多的中国人认可和接受，也是人类文明发展的产物。因此出现了“中国西餐”这种说法，听起来好像十分荒唐，但从西餐进入中国餐饮并为部分中国人接受之时起，为了适应大众的口味，确实经历了很长时间的改良过程。经过这一改良，“中国西餐” 大抵就名副其实了。为了使行业内外及上级有关主管部门更好地了解西餐业在中国的发展状况及其发展前景，更好地指导西餐业在中国健康有序发展，中国烹饪协会西餐专业委员会日前结合西餐企业的发展实际，对西餐业的发展特征进行了分析，认为中国西餐业将实现新的飞跃。本论文对西餐在中国的起源、分类及其在中国的发展进行了研究。通过对西餐特点的分析，不仅能够使我们对西餐有了更深入的了解，而且对西餐在中国健康地发展、丰富人们的生活也具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：西餐；中国西餐；饮食文化 Abstract Because their natural conditions, historical traditions, social systems and religious beliefs are very different from each other, countries in the world have different life styles and customs. And there is no exception for the diet. The style of cooking and dishes is various in different countries. Western food generally refers to the traditional diet in western Europe, north America, etc. Because of its convenience and nutrition, there are an increasing number of Chinese people become to accept and like it. Thus a concept of Chinese western Food came into being. It sounds very strange, but it is reasonable. As a matter of fact, since western food has been introduced into China, it has experienced a long time for Chinese people to know, to accept and to modify it. After this improvement, Chinese western Food has been worthy of the name. On this topic, scholars and experts have conducted many researches and analysis. In order to make the people know it better and make it develop healthily, the committee of western food of Chinese Cooking Association recently has analyzed the characteristics of the development of western food.
