PAGE PAGE 12 1 东北财经大学本科毕业论文 柯村乡红色旅游开发的探讨 作 者： 曾 永 刚 院 系： 开放学院 专 业： 工商管理 年 级： 2007年春 学 号： 0734001200133 指导教师： 徐 谷 波 答辩日期： 成 绩： 内容提要 民营企业以其灵活的经营方式，在日益激烈的市场竞争中，不断拓展其生存空间。随着市场环境的变化，其管理模式和具体的管理方法也应与时俱进。因而优秀的管理模式，成功的管理体制创新，对促进民营企业管理水平的提高，增强民营企业的竞争力很有必要。管理模式选择和创新，是解决民营企业发展制约因素的根源，是关系到企业前途与命运的问题，民营企业应该根据自身实际情况选择恰当的管理模式。 20多年的经济发展，使天长的民营企业有了长足的进步，初步形成了具有一定特色的区域产业集聚。本文从天长民营企业的股权和资本结构、组织管理结构、人员选择和激励机制，营销模式四个方面进行展开，来分析天长民营企业的管理模式，并对其管理管理模式的创新提出思考。 关键词： 天长市；民营企业；管理模式；  Abstract Private enterprise with flexible management model continuously has been developing living space at increasingly drastic market competence. Its management model and specific management methods should be along with the times with the change of market environment. Excellent management model and successful management system innovation should be very necessary to improve the level of enterprise management and competence. Management model selection and innovation is the root to solve private enterprise development restriction factor and they also connect with enterprise future and fate. Private enterprise should select right management model according to self practical situation. Economic development with more than 20 years makes great progress for Tianchangs private enterprise and initiatively form region industry group. This paper analyze management model of Tianchangs private enterprise from the four hands of interest and capital structure, organization and supervision structure, personnel selection and excitation mechanism and management and sales model and the paper also supply new thought of management model innovation.
