PAGE 内 容 摘 要 企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP)是以市场和客户需求为导向，以实行企业内外资源优化配置为目标，消除生产经营过程中一切无效的劳动和资源，实现信息流、物流、资金流、价值流和业务流的有机集成。 本文介绍了中小企业实施ERP系统的必要性，以及如何选择合适的ERP供应商，并分析了我国中小企业在实施ERP系统过程中遇到的问题，以及如何有效的解决以确保ERP系统能最终适合企业的发展所需，提出了企业在ERP实施过程中进行有效的风险控制方案。 关键字： ERP、实施、风险控制 ABSTRACT ERP is guided by the market and the needs of the customers, with the implementation of the enterprises inside and outside most optimum distribution of resources as target, eliminating all of the invalid labors and resources in the course of the operation and realizing the integration of information stream, logistics, fund stream, value stream and business stream. The paper gives an introduction to the necessity of the implementation of ERP system by Small and medium-sized enterprises and how to choose a right ERP supplier and analyze the problems that Small and medium-sized enterprises come across in our country in putting ERP system process into practice and how to solve the problems effectively to ensure that the ERP system can be suitable to the development of the enterprises and put forward the projects on the risk control in the course of implementation of ERP system by enterprises.
