中文 随着经济的高速发展，人们越来越重视企业价值的可持续增长。而一个企业 是否具有可持续增长能力，在很大程度上取决于它的企业战略，尤其是财务战略。 S前国内外对“企业财务战略”这个概念还没冇形成统一认识，国内外的学者们 在著作相关文献时，基本没有运用“财务战略”这样一个概念，。人们通常只将 财务战略作为一种制定相关财务决策财务方针时应注意到的战略因素，一些学者 认为财务战略是在制定企业战略时应涵盖的财务问题。国内研究财务战略的文献 有一些，但基于企业价值可持续增长视角的却不多见。 本文的逻辑体系是：首先介绍了研究基于企业价值可持续增长视角的财务战 略的目的及意义，并总结了国内外学者对相关理论的研宂，为本文的研宂奠定了 理论基础。其次详细介绍了企业财务战略模型，并且基于企业生命周期描述了相 应财务战略特点。最后选取一家上市公司作为案例研宄，根据行业及公司竹景、 财务分析及企业财务战略模型提出了相关财务战略建议。 由于我国上市公司的发展还存在很多不完善的地方，财务战略在实践中更是 处于摸索阶段，再加上个人的水平有限，因此文中存在很多不成熟之处，很多方 面需要继续学习与提升。 关键词：企业价值，可持续增长，财务战略，一汽轿车 Abstract With the rapid economic development, there is growing emphasis on sustainable growth in corporate value.
