w 战略联盟模式下的第三方物流研究 摘要 战略联盟和第三方物流都是如今管理科学领域中研究比较多的课题，从现实意义上看，战略联盟可以通过供应链的优化和企业间的合作明显的提高企业的绩效，而第三方物流可以使企业通过对物流业务的外包从而强化自身的核心业务，增强企业的竞争力。为了使第三方物流在战略联盟的大环境下发挥更大更好的效用，对战略联盟下的第三方物流做进一步的理论研究是实际工作的基础。 通过对现有文献的检索，针对战略联盟模式下的第三方物流研究很少有文献提及，因此，本文针对战略联盟下的第三方物流这一环节进行分析与研究，力图能够为目前在这一环节出现的问题发现解决问题的思路，为第三方物流在战略联盟下发挥更大的效用打下基础。 本文通过对现有战略联盟和第三方物流的理论进行的分析与研究，并将其理论进行结合，创新性的提出了战略联盟下第三方物流的基本理论体系。文章归纳了目前战略联盟下的第三方物流所出现的种种问题，并对其中的利益分配问题、第三方物流选择问题和第三方物流的关系管理问题进行了进一步的研究，并提出了相应的解决方案。在联盟下的第三方物流利益分配研究中，通过运用博弈论的理论知识对第三方物流的交易情况建立了模型，得出协商解将是双方最合理的利益分配方法;在第三方物流的选择研究中，通过AHP分析方法以及 模糊评价法建立了第三方物流的选择模型:在第三方物流的关系管理方面，建立了一个结合合同、监督和激励及信任关系的平行的综合管理体系。 关键词:战略联盟，第三方物流，利益分配，模糊评价，关系管理 ABSTRACT The strategic alliances and third party’s logistics all have been studied more in the management science domain nowadays。In the realistic meaning，strategic alliance can improve the enterprise’s performance obviously through the optimization of supply and cooperation of enterprises, and third party 1ogistics can strengthen the key business and the competitiveness themselves through wrapping up to logistics outside，In order to play thrd partys logistics’s utility better in the environment of the strategic alliance，it is a basic thing to study further the third party logistics in the strategic alliance。 Through searching of document presently，few document mentioned to third party logistics of strategic alliance.So，in order tofind the though of solving the problem，this thesis analyses and stdies the party logistics alliance. Through studying the existing theory of strategic alliance and third party’s 1ogistics, and combine its theory，this thesis innovative put forward the basic theoretical system of third partyls logistics in the strategic alliance.In the same time，it has summed up all sorts of questions that have appearing in the third party logistics of strategic alliance at present，and has carried on further research to the prblem of profit-allotting，the problem of managemen
