浅述采用技术措施降低工程造价 　　 摘要：基础工程作为建筑物中的一个部分，基础的费用在整个建筑造价中占有相当大的比例。基础工程属于隐蔽工程，有着很多的不可见性。控制基础工程造价一直都是一个比较重要的问题，本文通过分析探讨了影响基础造价的因素,提出了采用技术措施，有效的控制基础的造价。 　　关键词：基础工程 ；造价 ；技术措施 　　Abstract: the basic engineering as part of the building, the cost of the foundation in the whole building cost occupies a large proportion.
