Methods: The C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and sham operation group, DMM method was used on the mice of experimental group and the control group to establish the model of knee osteoarthritis, the sham operation group merely cut the skin and joint 30 capsule in the corresponding position of the right knee joint.
