Abstract
This project is derived from previous National Advanced Research Program, which
is focusing on seeker servo transmission error dynamic test method.
This paper introduces the principle test scheme of transmission error based on
virtual instrument theory. Firstly, Motor, driver, incremental encoder and PCI data
acquisition card were selected according to the proper measurement scheme. Labview
was selected for developing and debugging each functional module in order to achieve
system requirements.
The paper discusses the correlation analysis theory which is combined with
adaptive filter to data processing for the transmission curve, which has satisfactory
result and improves the test precision. The blind signal separation principle is applied
for transmission error curve separation, which could extract signal character of each
single gear. The eccentricity of a single gear is obtained based on the gear integrated
error theory which is used to calculate and analysis the separated transmission error
curve.
Finally, ideal results were obtained through debugging, which confirmed the
reliability of our measurement scheme and provided primary basis for developing
future measurement system of seeker servo.
