稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨冠心病心律失常患者行稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮药物治疗的效果。方法 在2015年3月―2016年3月期间，方便选取该院收治冠心病心律失常患者共80例，采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组（n=40）和参照组（n=40），其中两组患者均行胺碘酮药物治疗，在此基础上，实验组患者加行稳心颗粒。对两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应、心电图和血脂变化以及24小时动态心电图变化指标进行对比。结果 上述治疗指标的对比结果统计中，实验组总有效率（95%）显著优于参照组（80%），不良反应对比差异无统计学意义。结论 将稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮药物应用于冠心病心律失常病症中，具有极为显著的临床意义，同时患者的满意度也有所提高，?t疗纠纷的发生率呈现为显著降低的趋势，这对于临床研究具有重要作用。 　　[关键词] 稳心颗粒；胺碘酮；冠心病心律失常；效果评价 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0151-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Wenxin Granule and Amiodarone in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia 　　CHEN Xiao-li 　　Electrocardiography Room， Laiwu Central Hospital of Xinwen Mining Group， Laiwu， Shandong Province， 271103 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of wenxin granule and amiodarone in treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， both groups were treated with amiodarone drugs， and the experimental group adopted the wenxin granules on the basis of the control group， and the total treatment effective rate， adverse reaction， electrocardiogram， blood lipid change and change of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group（95% vs 80%）， and the difference in the adverse reaction was not statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical significance of wenxin granule and amiodarone in treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia is extremely obvious， which can improve the satisfactory degree of patients and obviously decrease the incidence rate of medical disputes， and it is of important significance to the clinical research. 　　[Key words] Wenxin granule； Amiodarone； Coronary heart disease arrhythmia； Evaluation of effect 　　作为临床常见的病症之
