十所二级医院护士长科研现状调查分析 杨怀洁1 黄芳2 [摘要] 目的 调查宜昌地区县市级二级医院护士长科研基础和开展护理科研情况，了解护士长科研态度和科研意愿，为制定下一步科研培训计划提供参考依据。方法 采用问卷调查法对宜昌地区8个县市10所二级医院161名护士长进行调查。结果 仅11.7%的护士长参与过科研项目，44.7%的护士长无科研论文撰写经历，80%的护士长在学校未接受过科研相关知识的学习和培训，超过75%的护士长主要在工作后接受科研知识及论文写作培训。95.1%的护士长认为护理科研很重要，93.1%的护士长愿意参加护理科研培训，69.6%的护士长更愿意在实践中参与科研设计，学习科研知识。结论 宜昌地区县市级二级医院护士长科研基础薄弱，科研成果少，但科研态度积极，科研意愿强烈，医院应该重视护士长科研需求，提供有效培训，促进开展护理科研。 [关键词] 护士长 科研能力 科研管理 Status Analysis of scientific research about 10 secondary?hospitals Yang Huaijie Huang Fang [First-authur’s address] Department of Nursing The Peoples Hospital, China Three Gorges University, Yichang Hubei, China,443000 【Abstract:】Objective To investigate the scientific research status of head nurses about 10 secondary?hospitals，in order to understand the scientific research attitudes and ?intentions, so as to provide a reference basis for further scientific research training program. Methods A total of 161 head nurses about10 secondary?hospitals in YiChang were recruited by questionnaire survey.
