老年妇科病患者手术麻醉临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 对老年妇科患者手术麻醉方法进行分析。方法 整群选取2012年8月―2015年3月期间所收治60例行手术老年妇科疾病患者作为对象，随机分组。对照组应用布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉方案，实验组应用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉方案。对比两组麻醉效果。结果 实验组麻醉总有效率为96.67%（29/30），P0.05。实验组心率、收缩压波动明显低于对照组，感觉、运动阻滞起效时间、恢复时间均明显短于对照组，P0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 老年妇科疾病手术麻醉处理时采用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉方案的临床效果确切，麻醉效果佳，心率、收缩压变化平稳，感觉、运动阻滞起效、恢复速度快，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 妇科病；老年患者；手术；麻醉 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0104-03 　　Analysis of the Anesthesia Method for Gynecological Surgery in Elderly Patients 　　CUI Feng1， LIU Qian2 　　1.Department of Anesthesiology， Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital， Jinan， Shandong Province， 250011 China；2.Intensive Care Unit， Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital， Jinan， Shandong Province， 250011 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the anesthesia method for gynecological surgery in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients admitted to the hospital between August 2012 and March 2015 who underwent gynecological surgery were included in this study. They were randomized to receive combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with levo-bupivacaine （the control group） and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine （the experimental group）， and the anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.67%（29/30） in the experimental group， higher than that in the control group，P0.05. Heart rate， systolic blood pressure fluctuations were obviously lower， and onset and duration of motor and sensory blocks were significantly less， in the experimental group than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant，P0.05. Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine for gynecological surgery in elderly patients is worthy of promotion because of its higher total efficacy， better anesthetic effect， steady heart rate and systolic blood pressure fluctuations， rapid onset of motor and sensory blocks， and quick recovery. 　　[Key words] Gynecolo
