莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果。方法 试验对象：该院近年来收治的83例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者。患者分组方法：随机数字表法。83例患者分为药物组和药物+起搏组两个组别。药物组以莫沙比利进行治疗；药物+起搏组以莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏进行治疗。观察指标：①总有效率；②治疗前和治疗后患者胃排空时间、消化道症状积分的差异；③不良表现。结果 ①药物+起搏组相比于药物组总有效率更高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后药物+起搏组相比于药物组胃排空时间、消化道症状积分改善更显著，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果确切，可有效加速胃排空，减轻消化道症状，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 莫沙比利；胃肠起搏；糖尿病胃轻瘫；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）06（b）-0024-03 　　Moser Billy with Gastrointestinal Pacemaker Therapy of Diabetic Gastroparesis Clinical Effect Analysis 　　LIU Cheng-gong，LI Wan-sen，YANG Xiao-dong，TIAN Yan-juan，GAO Da-hong 　　Zhumadian city centre hospital comprehensive internal medicine，Zhumadian，Henan Province，463000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the mo sand Billy with gastrointestinal pacemaker therapy of diabetic gastroparesis clinical effect. Results ①Drug+pacemaker group compared with the drugs group total effective rate is higher， χ2 test statistically significant（P0.05）；Drug + pacemaker after drug treatment group than in drug group and gastric emptying time， improve the digestive tract symptoms integral， more prominent， t test statistical significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Mosand Billy with gastrointestinal pacemaker therapy of diabetic gastroparesis clinical effect is precise， which can effectively accelerate gastric emptying， alleviate digestive tract symptoms， is worth promoting. 　　[Key words] Moser Billy； Gas
