肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭临床护理效果剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 研究临床护理肺源性心脏病（肺心病）合并慢性呼吸衰竭的护理效果。方法 62例肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者， 依据患者入院就诊时间分为参照组与实验组， 每组31例。参照组患者采用常规护理， 实验组患者采用常规护理加综合护理， 对比两组患者并发症发生率、总有效率、住院时间以及症状缓解时间。结果 经护理后， 实验组患者总有效率96.77%， 并发症发生率3.23%（1/31）， 参照组患者总有效率74.19%， 并发症发生率22.58%（7/31）。实验组总有效率高于参照组， 并发症发生率低于参照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者症状缓解时间（7.45±1.38）d、住院时间（13.54±2.35）d， 参照组患者症状缓解时间（13.51±1.45）d、住院时间（19.36±2.42）d， 实验组患者的症状缓解时间及住院时间均短于参照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将综合护理干预模式应用在临床护理肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者中存在比较显著效果， 可以有效改善临床护理依从性以及护理效果。 　　【关键词】 肺源性心脏病；慢性呼吸衰竭；护理 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.072 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research nursing effect by clinical nursing for pulmonary heart disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure. Methods A total of 62 patients with pulmonary heart disease and complicated chronic respiratory failure were divided by admission time into control group and experimental group， with 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the experimental group received conventional nursing combined with comprehensive nursing. Comparison was made on incidence of complications， total effective rate， hospital stay time and symptom relieving time between the two groups. Results After nursing， the experimental group had total effective rate as 96.77% and incidence of complications as 3.23% （1/31）， and the control group had total effective rate as 74.19% and incidence of complications as 22.58% （7/31）. The experimental group had higher total effective rate and lower incidence of complications than the control group， and their differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）. The experimental group had symptom relieving time as （7.45±.38） d and hospital stay time as （13.54±2.35） d， and the control group had symptom relieving time as （13.51±1.45） d and hospital stay time as （19.36±2.42） d. The experimental group had all shorter symptom relieving time and hospital stay time than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
