老年患者围术期高血压及其相关因素剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察老年患者在围术期高血压的发生情况及其影响高血压发生的相关因素。 方法 收集2008～2011年在我院进行手术患者15 320例，其中有3 910例为老年患者，对老年患者在围术期中的高血压发生情况进行比较分析。 结果 共有375例老年患者在围术期发生高血压，占9.59%；与老年患者围术期高血压发生情况有显著相关性的因素为患者是否在术前患有原发性高血压及其所实施的手术种类（P＜0.05）；老年患者高血压发生情况在各种围手术期中差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），高血压在全麻各时段的发生率差异也有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在围术期发生共有86例有低血压的情况发生。 结论 与老年患者围术期高血压的发生情况有明显相关的因素为患者在术前是否患有原发性高血压及其患者所实施的手术种类；在围术期高血压患者容易出现低血压情况。 　　[关键词] 围术期；高血压；老年人；相关因素 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）02-0007-02 　　 　　Survey analysis on elderly patients with perioperative hypertension and its associated factors 　　FU Meisu1 SONG Yu2 　　1.Zhejiang Province Panan County Hospital of TCM, Panan 322300, China; 2.Zhejiang Province Pujiang County Hospital of TCM, Pujiang 322200, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the elderly in the incidence of perioperative hypertension and its associated factors.
