As the worldwide top￣selling herbicide, glyphosate is widely distributed in the natural environment, and its impact on the ecological environment and human health has been increasingly concerned. In this article, the biotoxicity of glyphosate on non￣target organisms was reviewed from four aspects of aquatic/amphibious animals, soil organisms, mammals and human populations, and moreover the future direction and tendency in this field was briefly analyzed and prospected.
