马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病合并心肌缺血疗效剖析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.15 　　摘 要 目的：分析马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病合并心肌缺血疗效，为临床治疗方案选择提供参考。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治糖尿病合并心肌缺血患者76例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各38例，全部患者均采取改善心肌供血等常规处理及控制血糖达标，治疗组在此基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特240 mg+5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml+诺和灵R 4 U静滴，1次/日，用药14天。观察两组临床疗效和血液动力学指标。结果：治疗组在治疗前后心电图疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血液动力学比治疗前显著改善，明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病合并心肌缺血，临床效果较满意，不良反应小，值得临床推广运用。 　　关键词 马来酸桂哌齐特 糖尿病 心肌缺血 　　Analysis of therapeutic effect of kelinao in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia 　　Yang Zhiyong，Dong Jiyun，Chen Jiqun 　　Department of Geriatrics，the Third Peoples Hospital of Hefei City，Anhui 230022 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of kelinao in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia，to provide reference for selection of clinical treatment scheme.Methods：76 cases with diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 38 cases in each.All cases were treated with improving myocardial blood supply and other conventional treatment and control of blood glucose.On this basis，the treatment group were treated with kelinao 240 mg+5% glucose 250 ml+Novolin R 4U for intravenous infusion，1 time/day，for 14 days.We observed therapeutic effect and hemodynamic indexes of two groups.Results：In the treatment group，the electrocardiogram curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group.The hemodynamic examination of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment，and it was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of kelinao in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia is satisfactory，and the adverse reaction is small，so it is worthy of clinical application. 　　Key words Kelinao；Diabetes mellitus；Myocardial ischemia 　　冠状动脉粥样硬化
