Methods: 44 patien也 with advanced non-small celllung cancer were divided into two groups by the level ofblood glucose measured by oral glucose tolerance test.The 32 patients in normal blood glucose group were treated with 3 cycles chemotherapy of GP， and the 12 patients in hyperglycemia group were treated with 3 cycles chemotherapy of GP after diet，exercise or insulin injection interventions. We examed all patients blood count，blood biochemistry examination ，C-reactive protein ，oral glucose tolerance test，c-peptide and insulin release test.The patients diagnosed diabetes were treated with insulin injection ，whoes blood glucose monitored by dynamic monitoring system，until blood glucose is normal.Results: l.The increasement ofblood glucose was found in 25% (8/32) of patients with normal blood glucose，and half of patients with abnormal glucose tolerance turned into diabetic after 3 cycIes of GP. 2.Aspartate aminotransferase and Creactive protein were significantly different from the patíents with increased blood glucose and normal blood glucose after chemotherapy (PO.05).After chemotherapy ，c-peptide and insulin release test showed that the normal group postprandial blood glucose lh insulin and C 3 、、 peptide wω5.9 times and 8 times than the levels of fasting，and fel1 to fasting levels after 2h.ln impaired glucose regulation group，fasting insulin and c-peptide values are close to the levels of normal group，reached the highest value in 2h with peak delay，which could not re阳rn to fasting levels.
