万方数据 万方数据 目 录 中文摘要·················································································1 英文摘要·················································································2 英文缩写·················································································3 综述 单发性肺部磨玻璃病灶的影像学诊断与治疗····························4 参考文献···············································································20 致谢···············································································27 个人简历···············································································28 PAGE 1万方数据 PAGE 1 万方数据 中 文 摘 要 单发性肺部磨玻璃病灶的影像学诊断与治疗 摘 要 随着空气污染加重，生活环境的日益恶化，呼吸道疾病的发病率越来 越高，最受关注的是我国肺癌的发病率居高不下，成为我国癌症死亡的首 位原因。由于肺癌早期症状不明显以及健康体检意识较差，人们在发现时 已经处于中晚期，失去了宝贵的手术机会，致使 5 年生存率在 15％左右， 极低的 5 年生存率成为了肺癌高致死率的重要因素，究其原因是我国早期 肺癌的检出率低。随着科学技术的进步，高分辨率 CT（high resolution computed tomography，HRCT）与正电子发射断层成像（positron emission tomography/computed tomography，PET/CT）的广泛应用，越来越多的单 发性肺部磨玻璃病灶（ground-glass opacity，GGO）被检出，备受患者与 临床医师的重视，GGO 是早期肺癌的一种非特异性影像学表现，准确的 诊断与适当的手术治疗可以获得良好的预后，但是手术治疗毕竟是有创治 疗，病变较小或者是考虑良性 GGO 的可密切随访观察病灶变化，如有恶 变趋势及时手术切除。为了更加了解单发性磨玻璃样病灶 GGO，增强自 身健康体检意识，提高早期肺癌检出率，指导 GGO 的治疗与随访，本文 将从 GGO 的影像学诊断、定位、治疗与随访方面予以综述。 关键词： 早期肺癌，磨玻璃病灶，筛查，诊断，治疗，随访 英 文 摘 要 The imaging diagnosis and treatment of solitary pulmonary ground-glass opacity ABSTRACT With the worsening air pollution and deteriorating peoples living environment, the incidence of respiratory diseases is persistently higher, the most concern is the incidence of lung cancer which has become the leading cause of cancer mortality in China. However the symptoms of early-stage pulmonary malignant tumor are not obvious and the health consciousness is bad, when they have clinical features, they are usually diagnosed at an advanced stage with losing valuable operative chances.
