Methods: 1. Clotting test：110 male mice were divided into 11 groups randomly. These 11 groups include Saline group, Qukeluding group，the Shuxuetongmai Ⅰ, Ⅱ，Ⅲ groups （Each group is divided into low, medium and high dose groups）. Filled drug into the stomach once a day, for 7 days. ① Glass slide method：An hour after the final filling drug，pick the blood by using glass capillary tube from eye socket and drop in glass slide. Record the time as clotting time from the second Picking the blood to the second pulling up fiber protein silk by injection needle. ② Glass capillary tube method：then broke the 5cm length blood column tube above a little once every 30s until fiber protein silk appear. Record the time as clotting time from the second picking the blood to the second appearing fiber protein silk. 2. Bleeding test: 110 male mice were divided into 11 groups randomly（Specific groups were as clotting tests）. Filled drug into the stomach once a day, for 7 days. After the final time of filling drug for an hour，fixed mouse in implement and cut trail 3cm distanced trail tip. Record the time as bleeding time from the second of blood running over to stopping. 3. Collagen-adrenaline model of mouse test: 220 male mice were divided into 11 groups randomly（Specific groups were as clotting tests）. Filled drug into the stomach once a day, for 7 days. After the final filling drug for an hour, inject in vein with collagen-adrenaline mixture in 20s. The death or hemiplegic paralysis more than 15 minutes were positive， those less than 15 minutes the get well were negative. Results: 1.
