Objective：This topic laid stress on observing the effect of decoction of Dan Hong injection on the Learning and memory ability and changes of AChE, Nitric oxide and plasma endothelin in vascular dementia rats compared with that of Xing ding injection.Using modern medical experiment technology,With the animal model of VD rats as the erperiment objects,to explore the brain protective effects and mechamism of secoction of Danhong injection with huoxuehuayu and tongmaihuoluo function on the learning and memory ability with vascular dementia rats.In order to provide the theory basis for clinical useness. Methods: The 48 adult SD rats of half male and female, a week after the normal feeding were randomly divided into 4 groups.Namely: the model group, the sham group, Xingding injection in the control group, Dan Hong injection in the control group, each of the 12.The vascular dementia model rats were established by the way of wangrui improved.After being made the mode successfully,the therapeutic group and the positive drug contrast group were administered with Danhong injection and Xingding injection,the vomile of inject compare to the adult clinical. while other groups were injected with normal saline .All the medicines given to each group are in same capacity once a day.After 14 days treatment,step-thoungh were used to test the learning abilities of ghes
