II II Study on the Employment Environment of University Students Abstract The employment environment of college students is not optimistic in recent years. The number of college students has started soaring year by year since the enrollment expansion of our countrys higher education in 1999. According to the ministry of education in our country in 2013, the gross enrollment ratio of higher education has reached 30%. This fact suggests that our countrys higher education has already changed from the elite stage to the popularization stage. The social development of our country is in transition period at that time. The national college students employment system is not perfect; the limited number of jobs in the society; college students structural imbalance between supply and demand of human resources; and the impact of the global financial crisis. All above reasons make the society cannot absorb all the university graduates. So college students’ employment problems not only stand out but also increase year by year. The difficult problems of university students employment affect the stability of social politics and forecast the national education structure imbalanced. That manifests the shortcomings in the course of the development of higher education in our country. And related to millions of college students and their families’ vital interests. Therefore, it’s urgent to solve the problems of college students employment. The research mainly adopts literature analysis method, depth interviews method and personal observation method to achieve our aims. First, to analysis the connotation of university students employment environment, which help people understand what is the university students employment environment accurately.
