英文摘要 英文摘要 Ⅲ Ⅲ Study of the injuries of visual pathway with MRI- DTI multiparameter on patients with primary open angle glaucoma ABSTRSCT Objective To evaluate the changes of the visual pathway of POAG ,by MR-DTI, and determine whether DTI-derived parameters correlate with disease severity. Methods 30 patients with known POAG and 35 age-matched healthy volunteers were examined.Disease severity was clinically assessed with use of a six-stage system based on static threshold visual field parameters.All subject underwent imaging on a GE signa HD-xt 3.0T system utilizing a DTI sequence and normal MRI sequence .All the original data were processed by GE workstation. fractional anisotropy ( FA),average diffusion coefficient ( Dav), relative anisotropy (RA ), volume ratio aniso(VrA),maps of dorsal visual pathway in the POAG patients were compared with the healthy controls and the correlation between the POAG group and the clinical stages were further made.p0.05 is statistically meaningful. Results 1.eight patients,fifty optic nerves of the POAG patients look like more tenuity，optic nerve sheaths turn a little widen ,but the signal Was normal.The fiber of optic nerves and radiation were sparseness compare with normal groups. In POAG group,the FA 、 VrA 、 RA values of optic nerves and radiation decrease obviously（p0.05）, the Dav values increase obviously（p0.05）. The DTI values of the normal side of POAG patients with monocular damage compare with normal groups is statistically meaningful. The disease severity of POAG patients was correlate with part DTI-derived parameters . 5.Compare with normal groups ,the optic nerve presented more severe injuries than that of the optic radiation (p 0.05). Ⅳ Ⅳ 6.In control group, no correlation was found between left and right sides(p 0.05).
