With the rapid development of electronic commerce in China，the C2C market system is now developing very quickly. Payment is the important link in E-business，so the solving the problem of Payment is very important . Online payment service is efficient and quick for capital transfer. The problems concerning the security of payment becomes the greatest obstacle in its development. The risks arisen in network mainly include technological risk and legal risk. For the latter，problems occur when the rights of parties, especially of the consumers as inferior part, are unable to be protected due to the defects of laws. In the past, most of researches are about the electronic payment,security guarantee technology. At the same time, the research about the promotion of the third-payment and the collaborative payment are litter. Therefore this article has carried on the detailed analysis of related problems based on third party payment.
