To increase small and micro enterprises’ competitiveness is a must for Nantong’s supply-side structural reform, and a necessity for the healthy development of economy in Nantong. The factors restricting small and micro enterprises’ competitiveness include homogenization of products, the obvious contradiction in human resource structure, the difficulty in raising fund, and the low capacity in independent innovation, the general delay of enterprise culture construction, etc. To increase the enterprises’ competitiveness in Nantong, it is necessary to cultivate “professional, elegant, special, new, outstanding” products, to build a team of excellent personnel, to make a full use of the fund-raising policy by finance and tax, to stick to the trans
