摘 要 随着信息时代的发展，在现在这样一个复杂多变的市场竞争环境中，企业人事管理越来越受到企业的重视。人事管理系统使用信息化技术及时有效地管理企业人事信息，将企业内部人事信息有机的联系起来。系统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。后台数据库要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库；而前端应用程序则要求功能完备、易使用、界面友好等特点。 本系统使用Microsoft 公司的 Visual Studio 2008作为前台开发工具；使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库的管理工具。首先建立起系统所需的数据库并明确各表之间的相关关系；再使用Visual studio提供的工具箱结合布局的相关知识，设计出界面友好的具有相应功能的各个模块，并添加代码以实现其与后台数据库的交互；最后进行运行调试，直到形成可行的人事管理系统。 本系统采用C/S架构，实现了企业人事管理的功能。管理员可以对员工信息、考勤信息、休假信息和薪资信息等进行管理，普通用户只能进行简单的查询操作；新用户通过注册然后得到管理员确认后成为普通用户，才能成功访问系统。 关键词:人事管理系统 数据库 ASP.NET(C#) Visual Studio 2008 Abstract Along with the development of information era, now in such a complicated and changeable market competition environment, the business enterprise personal management is getting more and more enterprises attention. The personnel management system using information technology can manage enterprise personnel information effectively and timely, and connects the enterprise internal personnel information organically. System development mainly includes the setting and maintenance of database and the programming of the frontend application. Backend database requires consistency, integrality and the security of data; And front application program requires complete function, easy to use, friendly interface, etc. The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a front desk development tools and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the backend database management tools.
