后纵隔神经节细胞瘤和神经节神经母细胞瘤ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ诊断 　　【摘要】目的：通过分析后纵隔神经节细胞瘤和神经节神经母细胞瘤的CT和MRI表现，评价CT和MRI极大地提高了纵隔内病变的显示率和准确率。材料和方法：分析手术和病理证实神经节细胞瘤7例，神经节神经母细胞瘤2例的CT和MRI表现，其中：男5例，女4例。年龄：3-36岁。结果：肿瘤常呈半圆形或椭圆形，纵轴径比横径或前后径长，边缘锐利，1例神经节细胞瘤经椎间孔侵入椎管呈哑铃形。CT示：肿瘤实性部分呈等或稍低于胸壁肌密度，CT值：30.7-35Hu，囊变部分呈比脑脊液稍高的低密度，CT值：15-28Hu。T1WI示肿瘤等或稍低于胸壁肌信号，囊变部分稍高于脑脊液的低信号；T2WI呈高信号。结论：肿瘤纵径长于其他径是重要征象，CT和MRI能显示肿瘤形态特征，提示诊断。 　　【关键词】神经节细胞瘤；神经节神经母细胞瘤；CT；磁共振成像 　　 　　Latter mediastinum ganglion cell lump and ganglion nerve metrocyte lump CT and MRI diagnosis 　　TAN Feng XU Guang-ling 　　【Abstract】goal：After the analysis the mediastinum ganglion cell lump and ganglion nerve metrocyte lump CT and the MRI performance，appraised CT and MRI enormously enhanced in the mediastinum the pathological change demonstration rate and is accurate rate.
