四川理工学院毕业论文 基于精益生产的现场改善研究 学 生： 廖敬 学 号 专 业： 工业工程 班 级： 2013级1班 指导教师： 王东 四川理工学院土木工程学院 二0一七年五年  摘 要 精益生产是现代制造业的一种先进管理模式，是具有革命性的实践方式。其核心是零库存和快速应对市场变化。该生产方式能为企业谋求最大限度地经济效益。 企业现场管理能否有效的组织、计划、实施和控制与企业经营水平有着直接的关系，对创造经济效益也有着直接的影响。现场改善是对企业现场管理的进一步延伸，其核心思想是消除浪费、降低库存、避免故障、快速生产、降低生产成本，并加强顾客满意，使生产现场人员、设备、原材料、方法、环境合理配置为目标，从而使企业更好的应对市场竞争。 精益生产作为当今世界先进的生产管理思想，其对企业创造经济效益，完善现场管理，提升市场竞争力有着重要的意义，因此，基于精益生产的现场改善研究是十分必要的。 本文基于精益生产的相关理论，运用 5S管理、作业测定与分析、看板管理等方法，使各功能之间联系起来，提出了符合X公司生产特点的精益生产体系方案，对该类公司今后的现场改善研究及实际应用具有一定的参照意义。 关键词：精益生产；生产管理；现场改善　  Abstract Lean production is an advanced management mode of modern manufacturing industry，which has revolutionary practice manner. Its central message is zero inventory and rapid response to market changes. This kind of mode of production can maximum limit to seek the economic benefits for the enterprise. Enterprise spot management whether effective organization, planning, implementation and control and enterprise management level has a direct relationship, to create economic benefits also has a direct impact. The spot improvement can further deepen spot management, its core idea is to eliminate waste, reduce inventory, avoid failure, fast production, reduce production cost, and enhance customer satisfaction, aim at rationally allocating the production personnel, equipment, raw materials, method, environment, so that enterprises better cope with the market competition.
