精益物流在吉利汽车生产物流中的应用毕业论文 毕业论文 (2010届) 精益物流在吉利汽车生产物流中的应用 摘 要 本文主要是研究吉利汽车精益生产物流的发展对策。首先阐述了精益思想 和生产物流的概念,并将精益思想运用到生产物流中去,实现精益生产物流;同时也阐述了本文的选题背景和研究意义。第二章就吉利汽车精益生产物流的发展现状进行研究,主要是对其仓储、厂内运输、准时制配送中的精益生产方面进行分析;并分析了吉利汽车ERP管理和供应链管理中的精益物流的应用。就这五个方面具体介绍并分析了吉利汽车精益生产物流的发展现状,从中发现问题。第三章在对吉利汽车现状的分析,并依据企业可持续发展战略和企业物流系统分析基础上,提出现有存在的问题,特别是不利于吉利汽车精益生产物流的发展的问题。并针对问题,逐一分析,做到具体问题具体分析。最后根据精益生产物流的核心,即消除生产过程中不必要的浪费;并针对问题提出了建设性的发展对策。优化吉利汽车的生产线,引进现代化信息技术,并对吉利原有的组织方式进行重组;重点是JIT的运用,希望通过JIT的运用尽可能的消除吉利汽车生产过程中不必要的浪费,减少库存量,尽可能的达到准时制物流,以此实现吉利的精益生产物流。 关键词:精益物流;精益生产;生产物流;JIT Abstract This paper is mainly studied geely lean production logistics development countermeasures.First expounded lean thoughts and production logistics concepts, and will lean thought to apply to the production, logistics and realizing lean production logistics.Also expounded in this paper to choose a background and significance of the research.Chapter geely lean production logistics development situation of study,mainly on its storage, isbl transportation,just-in-time distribution of lean production is analyzed,And analyzes geely ERP management and supply chain management of lean logistics applications.The five aspects were introduced and analyzed geely lean production logistics development present situation, and find problems.The third chapter for geely in the analysis of the current situation,and based on the sustainable development of enterprise strategy and enterprise logistics system analysis is proposed,based on the existing problems,especially against geely lean production logistics development.And to solve the problem,analyse, accomplish the concrete analysis.
