第三方物流企业混凝土配送的车辆调度优化研究 第三方物流企业混凝土配送的车辆调度优化研究 RESEARCH ON VEHICLE SCHEDULING OF CONCRETE DISTRIBUTION IN THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS COMPANY ABSTRACT As the advanced stage of Bulk Cement, Ready-Mixed Concrete is seen as the Expression of social progress and constructional civilization. In recent years, Chinas real estate industry is flourishing, and the key projects are constructing rapidly, which drive Chinas rapid development of ready-mixed concrete industry. Then, the concrete distribution is shift from the ready-mix concrete production gradually, and becomes a special logistics transportation industry. For a Ready-Mixed Concrete distribution center, the first matter is the quality of service. Because of the special characteristic of Ready-Mixed Concrete, it has a strict time constraints, which put forward higher requirements for vehicle scheduling. Right now, the whole industry commonly distributes the Ready-Mixed concrete by the experience of the dispatcher because it lacks an excellent scheduling model. But this operation mode can not form an effective and feasible scheduling scheme, which causes two problems: one is some sites wait for the Ready-Mixed concrete truck, the other is Ready-Mixed concrete trucks were queuing for unloading in sites. All of these significantly affect the quality of the construction, and take up a lot of resources. Also, these increase the cost of distribution center, and reduce the credibility of enterprises. Confront with these problems, this thesis builds a scheduling model of concrete distribution, solves the model with the Ant Colony Algorithm. And improve the Ant Colony Algorithms for the special characteristic of Ready-Mixed Concrete distribution. It has been proved that a set of practical scheduling scheme can be solved. It finds a set of reasonable departure times and sequences, which solve the concrete delivery vehicle scheduling problems. This is very significant for the Ready-Mixed Concrete transportation industry. KEY WORDS：conc
