IV IV 第三方物流企业核心竞争力评价及对策研究 摘 要 随着科学技术的迅猛发展和经济全球化步伐的加快，国与国之间的竞争直接表现 为不同国家企业之间的竞争。由于竞争的不断加剧，各国企业都在努力找寻提高企业 效益，降低成本的有效方法。这一过程中，第三方物流企业无疑将会发挥越来越重要 的作用。第三方物流的发展水平已经成为衡量一个国家综合能力的重要标志之一。 本文运物流管理理论和企业核心竞争力理论，对第三方物流企业发展现状进行比 较，对我国第三方物流企业核心竞争力进行分析，提出我国第三方物流企业核心竞争 力的要素构成，并对要素关联性进行系统分析，研究了我国第三方物流企业核心竞争 力的识别。构建了我国第三方物流企业核心竞争评价的指标体系和评价模型，并进行 了综合评价分析。在此基础上，提出了提升我国第三方物流企业核心竞争力的对策建 议。 关键词：第三方物流企业；核心竞争力；评价 V V Study on the Thrid-Party Logistic Enterprises Core Competence Evaluation and Countermeasure Abstract Along with the rapid development of science and technology，the competitions among different states directly represent the competitions of enterprises in different countries．Because of the growing competition，many enterprises of different countries are making efforts to look for the ways of improving the benefit and reducing costs．3PL will undoubtedly play an increasingly important role．The development of 3PL has become one of the important symbols to measure a country’s comprehensive ability. The thesis has compared with China logistics enterprise development situation to carry on the international comparative analysis and analyzed our Third-Party logistics enterprise corn competition ability using the logistics theory and the enterprise corn competence theory. The writer has proposed the essentia1 factor constitutions. And carrying on the system analysis to the essential factors connection， the writer has studied the recognition of China Third-Party logistics enterprise corn competitive ability and constructed our county Third-Party logistics corn competitive ability appraisal target system and the appraisal model, analysed compositive appraisal. On the basis of this，the writer proposed suggestions to Promote core competence in China.
