Abstract
The paper introduces a kind of Parking Distance Control System. At first the paper gives the importance of this system and the status of this system in domestic and overseas. The main content is the theory of ultrasonic sensor. The system is used for Bora GP in FAW-VW. It can give alarm for the driver when the park distance is too small and the barrier is near of the car. The system could measure certain distance with the reflected wave on condition in which the car is reversing.
This paper summarizes the development and principle of ultrasonic detection. Then it presents the theory and characters of ultrasonic sensor. Moreover, it proposes the whole structure of the system by introducing the function of ultrasonic Distance-Measurement. And then the transmission, receiver, detection, channel control, display scheme of this Distance-Measurement system is brought out. The design theory of the paper take practicability for principal objective, use transmitting-receipting transducer. Overcome the disadvantages of bad delicacy and needing add insulation to control transmitting-receipting. Also, this system may work at terribly condition, It adopts some hardware design for anti-jamming.
This paper demonstrates the practicability of the Parking Distance Control and analyzes many reasons for precision. Specially, after the application of MB89F538 microcontroller, design and finish the development board and main system board. It analyzes the hardware realization of each part in this system. This system can realize the miniaturization and low lost, commercial standard. At the same time the paper presents the brief theory and the connection of CAN BUS.
At last the result and validation of the experiments is presented. It is proved by experiments that the design of the system can finish the function accuracy and reliability. The system can meet the requests of the standard and the environment.
