电力变压器屏蔽方式的分析分析-电气工程专业论文.docx

华北电力大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着变压器容量的增大，同时增强的漏磁场会显著增加油箱和铁心结构件 中的杂散损耗。由于杂散损耗中大部分来自箱体涡流损耗，为 了 避 免 因 这 些 损 耗 带 来 的 局 部 过 热 问题 ，工程中通 过 在 油 箱 箱 壁 上 安 装 屏 蔽 来 减少进入金 属 结 构 件 的 漏 磁 通 量 。 但 当 屏 蔽 结 构 设 计 不 合 理 时 ， 屏 蔽 效 果 往 往 出 现 偏 差 ， 甚 至 导 致 结 构 件 的 局 部 过 热 ， 进 而 影 响 变 压 器 的 安 全 运 行 。 因此， 对 变 压 器 漏 磁 场 进行 研 究 ， 并 合 理 确 定 屏 蔽 方 式 及 结 构 是 有 重 要 意 义 的 。 文中首先介绍电磁场理论中的麦克斯韦方程组，对求解电磁场问题所需的 有限元方法进行论述。然后对变压器漏磁场进行分析，了解漏磁场产生的原因， 明确了本文研究的漏磁场类型，对漏磁场给变压器带来的效应进行说明。 变压器内常见的屏蔽形式为电屏蔽、磁屏蔽和电磁组合屏蔽。为了分析变 压器不同屏蔽在应用中的效果，就高压侧不同引出线造成的屏蔽结构不同，选 定两台产品进行分析。这两台变压器的型号参数基本相同。只是因为高压线圈 出线形式不同（一台顶部出线，另一台中部出线），造成屏蔽方式分别为磁屏蔽 和电屏蔽。 为了得到这两台变压器的漏磁分布和结构件损耗，建立 magnet 模型进行电 磁仿真，并对仿真结果进行计算分析，总结不同结构特点下的屏蔽效果。以此 为基础，得出一些变压器屏蔽设计中的指导结论。 关键词：变压器，漏磁场，电屏蔽，磁屏蔽 I 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the increase of transformer capacity, enhancing the leakage magnetic field will enhance, and significantly increase the stray loss of core structures and oil tank. In the most, the stray loss is from the eddy current loss. In order to avoid local overheating problems which caused by the loss, reduce the magnetic leakage flux into the metal structural parts, by mean of installing shielding in oil tank wall. But when the shielding structure is unreasonable, errors of the shielding effect often occur, even lead to local overheating. thereby affect the safe operation of transformer. Therefore, studying of the leakage magnetic field,determination of reasonable shielding way and the structure for the transformer is necessary. Firstly this article introduces the Maxwells equations of electromagnetic field theory, the finite element method for solving electromagnetic field problems is discussed. Then the transformer leakage magnetic field is analysised, then understand the reason of leakage magnetic field occur.Illustrate type of magnetic leakage field that will be researched in this paper, Describe the effect from leakage magnetic field to the transformer .
