The paper studies on “Philanthropy in contemporary society’s moral values and training system” which is divided into the following five seations. The first chapter first defines the definition of charitable act, it unalyzes the characteristics and types of charitable behavior.Charitable acts were acts of moral behavior or good deeds in the morals. It is the external performance awareness and the external signs of moral quality it has the nature of all mankind, free and spontaneous charater.
